Hey mama, I'm Nasim.

Therapist of 13+ years, Motherhood Identity and Communication Coach, single mom of two, tennis lover, and solo traveler.

I made it my mission to help moms find themselves again in motherhood, but that mission didn't come from nowhere.

I lived it. I became the default parent. I carried the mental load while the resentment quietly built. My partner and I didn't survive that season.

And when I started doing this work, I realized: this isn't just my story. It's the story I hear from moms everywhere. She becomes the default parent. She carries too much. She doesn't know how to ask for help without it turning into a fight. The connection grows more distant. And when it goes ignored long enough, it can end the relationship entirely.

I got into this work because I wish someone had helped me intervene earlier. Now that's exactly what I do, help moms recognize the pattern, communicate what they need, and shift the dynamic before it costs them everything.
