This container offers steady support, clarity, and momentum during a season that can feel overwhelming or uncertain. Together, we’ll focus on untangling the mental load, strengthening boundaries, and helping you reconnect with who you are - alongside motherhood, not separate from it.
Our work unfolds in a clear, supportive arc - first making sense of what’s changed, then learning how to ask for support and set boundaries, and finally building ways to sustain those shifts in real life.
